Brother in law is in a power wheel chair and couldn't access the clinic. The ramp is not in a convenient location with where it is actually located and all the cars blocking the sidewalk to the door.
receptionist was very rude. refused to process my file, and literally set my papers aside to process the files of other people, who by the way came in after me. absolutely terrible. had to wait almost 2 hours just to get my papers filed. to...
Second time here and still love it. Everyone was so kind and sweet. The visit was productive and questions were answered. I still think here is better than the ER for me from personal experiences and reasons.
